I am interested in working with people who are committed to making changes in their lives. Change is exciting, energizing, and, often, hard work. I serve people who are interested in taking the time for themselves--both in and out of the therapy office--to change old thinking patterns, to alter behavioral habits, and to have new experiences in all of their relationships. My work is in partnership with my clients to help with setting goals and achieving them. |

The newest research on brain function and sensory awareness guides my work and has produced exciting results for my clients. Modalities I use include Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). Often results are achieved more quickly than with standard talk therapy for problems such as anxiety, PTSD, performance anxiety, and abuse history. I am a Certified EMDR therapist.
I love this work and my clients find my enthusiasm (even for the hard stuff) refreshing and exciting. Sometimes we can even find something to laugh about! I welcome the opportunity to talk with you. Although my office is easily accessible in the heart of Duvall, it provides security and privacy. Avoid traffic delays.
I received my Masters Degree in Psychology from Antioch University and have been in practice for over 30 years. My license number is LH00005879.
